What happens when I exceed the Free plan limit?
Guests can create up to 3 links (per IP). If you exceed it, you’ll be redirected to this pricing page to upgrade.
Do Pro/Business plans require login?
Yes. Paid plans are for logged-in users so we can securely track your links, analytics, and exports under your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime and keep using the plan until the end of the billing cycle (depends on your payment setup).
Do you support report downloads?
Yes. Pro and Business plans can include CSV/PDF exports depending on what your shortcode outputs.
Will my existing short links stop working if I downgrade?
No. Existing short URLs can keep redirecting, but new link creation and advanced features may be limited by your plan.
